What’s new in our Web App
Easily manage your orders with Shippo tags
Shippo tags is a new feature that allows you to mark your orders with custom labels. Helping you streamline your workflow, Shippo tags make it easier to manage orders and perform special fulfillment workflows.
For instance, if orders to West Coast states like California, Oregon, and Washington are a top priority for your business, you can create a “High Priority” tag and assign it to those orders, either manually or automatically. This way, you can easily spot and manage your most critical West Coast shipments with ease.

Track who created each label within your team
To streamline shipping with your team, you can now track who created each label.
See who created each label
Quickly and easily address issues with the appropriate team member if a customer problem arises.
Note: You’ll only be able to view who created each label for shipments created from July 9, 2024 onward.
Filter shipments by user created
You can also filter your shipments by who created them, allowing you to compare overall output and identify team members who may need more support or deserve extra recognition.
Or, add more users to your account if needed to take full advantage of this powerful new feature.

Streamline your operations with the API Portal
The portal—available at no extra cost—is your “control center,” designed to help you simplify your workflow and take charge of your operations. Simply log in with your existing Shippo credentials.
With the portal, you can easily download invoices with no volume limits; view data and analytics on your shipping spend and performance; set parcel templates; and manage admin tasks. Plus, you can access API keys, new SDKs, and set up webhooks for instant notifications.
You can always access the portal by clicking the Login button located at the top right of the navigation bar on the Shippo website.

Track shipments with 1,000+ new carriers
You can now access tracking support via webhooks for over 1,000 carriers. That’s 16X more carrier tracking options! This update unlocks tracking capabilities in new regions, including Asia, Oceania, and South America, and also supports trucking and freight. Check out the full, searchable list of 1,000+ carriers here.
Tracking for these new carriers is supported only through the Shippo POST tracking endpoint (webhooks). For more details, view our API docs to find out how to set up your webhooks for seamless tracking.
