Easily manage and edit your orders with Shippo tags

Efficient order management is crucial for any business, especially when dealing with a high volume of shipments. At Shippo, we understand the challenges of keeping track of orders, prioritizing shipments, and ensuring timely fulfillment. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Shippo tags, a new feature in our Web App that’s designed to streamline your fulfillment process. Tags are custom labels that allow you to easily manage orders and perform special fulfillment workflows. 

For example, if orders being shipped to West Coast states like California, Oregon, and Washington are high priority for your business, you can create a “high priority” tag and either manually or automatically assign this tag to your orders. This tag makes it easy to identify and manage these high priority, West Coast orders.

Create tags

Create a tag called “high priority” in the Tags column on your Orders page or in your Tags Settings page.

Manually assign tags

On the Orders page, assign the “high priority” tag to West Coast orders to help you easily identify and manage these critical orders.

Automatically assign tags

Want to save time? Automatically assign tags to your orders! Set an automation rule that automatically assigns the “high priority” tag to all orders that have shipping destinations of California, Oregon, and Washington. 

Filter tags

Filter orders by the “high priority” tag to perform special fulfillment workflows to your “high priority” orders.

Bulk edit orders

Once your orders are filtered, easily bulk edit and purchase labels for all your “high priority” orders at once.

Manage tags

To manage your tags, head to your Tags Settings page to easily create new tags, as well as edit and delete any existing tags.
