For businesses that own their fulfillment experience:
For companies offering shipping as part of their product:
We've been using Shippo's API for 3 years to streamline our return label process, which was previously a major headache. The effortless integration with Python and the competitive pricing made it the clear choice for our business.
With Shippo's API, we were able to overcome difficulties with tracking, updates, and address validation, resulting in a smoother shipping experience. We received the cheapest rates and highly recommend their API.
I filled out the form on Shippo’s website and got a follow up in 15 minutes. I needed a solution that works with the ridiculousness of the carrier integrations and gets me a label. And that’s exactly what Shippo has been.

If you need help in choosing the right plan for you, please reach out to us.
You can cancel or change your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan, you will not be billed for the higher pricing until the next billing cycle. If you downgrade your plan, downgrades go into effect at the end of your billing cycle, so you’ll be able to access features of the higher plan until then.
You can change or cancel your plan at any time via the API Portal or by reaching out to customer support at support@shippo.com.
Each pricing tier allows for a certain number of shipments, with additional fees applying if this limit is exceeded. Charges for extra shipments beyond your plan’s allowance are billed at a per-shipment rate, ensuring you only pay for what you use beyond the included quota.
We accept traditional credit cards, traditional debit cards, and direct ACH for US banks only. We do not accept pre-paid cards, cards that can be reloaded, or gift cards.
