Managing shipping just got simpler. We’re excited to introduce the new Shippo API Portal—to help you stay organized and efficient, at no extra cost. 

We designed this portal based on your feedback and needs, ensuring it provides you with the tools to take your API-based shipping operations to the next level. Think of the portal as your “control center,” offering you access to everything in one place. From easy invoice downloads to detailed analytics and developer tools, it’s all here to enhance your workflow and save you valuable time.

No added fees, no new account, no hassle. Just log in with your existing Shippo credentials! 

What’s inside the Shippo API portal?

• Invoices: Self-serve access to download itemized and comprehensive invoices, by date range, for any volume. No more 200 labels per invoice limit or reaching out to us to get missing data. Invoices are available to you any time, at your convenience. 
• Insights and Analytics: Select a time period and get a detailed breakdown of your shipment patterns and costs, segmented by time, amount, destination, and carrier. This visibility into your shipping spend and performance helps you make more informed decisions and reduce costs.
• Developer Tools: Access your API keys, brand new SDKs, and comprehensive API documentation—everything you need for onboarding, all in one place. You can also create webhooks to receive instant notifications whenever there's a status change in your tracking, batch labels, or transactions. 
• Admin Tasks: Easily manage your payment methods, authorized users (up to 5*), and check the status of Shippo services. Managing your account has never been easier or faster. 
• Labels, Packing Slips, and Parcel Templates: Review detailed label transaction history, create and manage parcel templates, and customize* packing slips with your own logo. This feature enhances your ability to manage and track shipments, ensuring your branding is consistent across all your documents.

Get Started

1. Click “Login” located at the top right of the navigation bar on the Shippo website.
2. Choose “Portal.”
3. Sign in with your existing Shippo credentials.
