Earlier this month, our team attended IRCE 2016, the largest e-commerce conference and expo in the U.S. with 10,000 people in attendance.
It was a fantastic show for us – meeting with many existing partners and customers, as well as making new friends.
From the conversations we had, it was interesting to see how many questions different types of businesses had about shipping. Many people came up saying: “We know we need help with shipping, but we’re not sure where to start.”
Often times we’d dive into the customer experience they are looking for, problem areas they are currently experiencing, and exploring systems they’re working with. Some common topics that came up were about:
