Total Spend for Shipping-Related Transactions
The new Total Spend tab shows the sum of your shipping expenditures, including the total dollar amount and the total number of transactions within a selected time period. We want to provide in-depth details to help you better understand your spend within Shippo and inform your decisions around shipping.
In the Total Spend tab, you’ll see a breakdown of the following information:
- Net Label Spend
- Address Validation Fees
- Subscription Fees
- One Off Credit
- Promo Credit
- Surcharges
Net Label Spend for Instant View of Purchased Labels
Net Label Spend provides an overview of the number of labels you’ve purchased within a given period of time, minus refunds. Compare your label purchase over time through a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly view.
In addition, you can also compare the labels you’ve purchased by:
- Carrier
- Service Level
- Destination
These new charts let you better analyze your shipping trends and patterns so that you can explore new ways to make your processes more efficient and potentially lessen shipping costs.
The new Analytics page is available to all Shippo users. Simply navigate to Analytics on the left-hand side to view all your historical and current data (keep in mind that the data presented is not real-time data – it is delayed by 24 hours).
