Expanding Our Shipment Tracking Network
We are excited to announce that we now support shipment tracking for 22 new carriers in our global network of shipping carriers. Businesses can now connect to more carriers around the world to get shipment tracking updates for shipments.

Dsco, one of our supply chain intelligence partners, combines their inventory and order data with Shippo’s shipping carrier data to help customers surface inventory patterns, purchase orders, invoice, and provide full shipping lifecycle insights. Dsco’s goal is to help customers make informed decisions about which carrier and service levels they should use to improve shipping efficiency, customer satisfaction, and bottom line performance.
Marley Spoon is a cook-at-home food delivery service that utilizes shipment status updates to determine if the shipment requires the attention of a support rep. If the shipment is scanned late at the local post office, then a support ticket is created and a notification is sent to the customer. Marley Spoon has found that post-purchase is the most important time to engage with their customers.
Through our multi-carrier shipping API, we’ve made it easy for any company to gather standardized and detailed information about shipments from Shippo connected carriers. With the additional support for these 22 new carriers, we hope to help more companies do the same.
