This new feature simplifies your shipping process and saves you money. Here’s how it helps:

• Convenience: No more switching between Big Cartel and other shipping websites. Everything you need is right here.
• Savings: Get access to discounted shipping rates through Shippo (U.S. and Canada). Royal Mail labels are available at standard rates for now.
• Efficiency: Manage your orders and shipping in one place, reducing the chance of errors.
• Easier returns: Create a return label while purchasing the original shipping label. You won’t be charged unless the return label is used and scanned by the carrier.
• Refund unused labels: If you purchase a label you no longer need, you can submit a refund request from the order details page. Shippo processes eligible refund requests within 14 business days.

Create a Shippo account and connect to Big Cartel:

1. After receiving an order, click Create shipping label in your order details page.
2. Click Connect to Shippo.
3. Follow the prompt on the screen to create a new account or log in if you already have one.
4. Add credit card information for billing.
5. Hit Allow access to let Big Cartel access your Shippo account.
6. You will be redirected to the Order page with the ability to create a shipping label.
