Meet QuickPack: faster, more organized fulfillment — starting with pick lists

For years, Shippo has helped merchants simplify shipping, from buying discounted shipping labels and tracking packages to streamlining returns. Now, we’re going deeper into the fulfillment workflow, streamlining the picking, packing, and printing process involved in getting each order out the door. 

For a lot of merchants, picking, packing, and printing still relies on manual workflows. That means handwriting items on a notepad or tallying in a spreadsheet just to figure out what to grab. Visually verifying each item and hoping nothing gets mixed up. Dealing with inconsistent printer behavior or lots of clicks just to print a label. These processes might get the job done at low volume, but as orders grow, they’re slow, unreliable processes that become a huge bottleneck, leaving more room for error and more time lost. 

That’s why we’re excited to introduce QuickPack: Shippo's new pick, pack, and print experience designed to make fulfillment more organized and efficient—so your team can spend less time on orders and more time growing your business. We're rolling QuickPack out in stages, starting with picking, and the first capability is available today: pick lists.

Introducing our first QuickPack feature: pick lists

Instead of handwriting items on a notepad or tallying items in a spreadsheet, you can now generate a clear, structured pick list in Shippo in seconds—ready to print and use right away, showing you exactly what needs to be grabbed for each order.

Select the orders you want to fulfill, generate your pick list, and use it digitally or print it if needed—that’s it. You can generate pick lists in two ways depending on how your team fulfills orders. 

Generate pick list by item

See the total quantity needed for each product across all selected orders. This allows your team to grab everything in one pass instead of walking the warehouse multiple times, saving valuable time during fulfillment.

See every item needed for a single order in one place. This makes it easy to pick and pack each shipment without mixing up items between orders.
