What’s happening with Sendle

Sendle is a parcel delivery service that operates primarily in Australia and other select markets and is commonly used by small and mid-sized businesses for domestic parcel delivery.

Sendle has ceased operations effective immediately, including:

• Canceling scheduled pickups on January 12, 2026 or later
• No longer accepting new parcel bookings

Parcels that were already picked up may still be delivered at the discretion of the delivery partner, according to Sendle’s customer communications.

What this means for Shippo customers

If you already have Sendle shipments in transit

• These parcels may still be delivered depending on the delivery partner.
• While Shippo does not have control over final delivery outcomes, you can continue to monitor delivery status via tracking.

If you were planning to create new Sendle shipments

• Sendle has announced that new parcel bookings are no longer being accepted.
• You’ll need to use an alternative carrier for new shipments going forward.
