We get it. Everyone is talking about COVID-19 and sharing what they’re doing. We decided to keep it simple by making changes that directly benefit your business. Here’s what we’re doing.

1. We’re making our software free: We are waiving Shippo software fees, including both per label fees on our Pay As You Go plan and monthly subscription fees for our Professional plan until October 1 (10/1) for customers shipping up to 5,000 shipments per month. No action required from you. We’ll just stop charging you. More details are on our pricing page.

2. We’re keeping you up to date with carriers: We’re consolidating all updates from major carriers related to COVID-19 in one place. You can check this page for updates.

3. We’re answering your questions: We’re hosting weekly “Shippo Service Hours” where our team answers questions about shipping and e-commerce amid COVID-19. We host a session bi-monthly on Fridays at 11 AM PT that is free to attend and available to everyone. You can register here.

4. We’re creating content to help you: We’re focusing on content to help your business navigate COVID-19. Check out our video panel from last week and our blog for more examples. We’ll continue to share relevant updates on all of our channels.
